Katie Diglio, LICSW

Katie is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of dedicated service to diverse populations facing complex life challenges. Her clinical approach is rooted in compassion, cultural competence, and evidence-based approaches tailored to each individual's unique circumstances.

Katie’s clients describe her as a warm, attentive presence who creates a non-judgmental space where difficult emotions can be safely explored. Rather than imposing solutions, she excels at helping clients discover their own inner wisdom and strengths. Katie has dedicated a substantial portion of her career to supporting LGBTQ+ individuals and their families. She provides affirming therapy that acknowledges and validates each person's identity and experiences. Kirsten Kilroy, LICSW

Kirsten is a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in eating disorders, body image, and trauma. With over six years of experience in residential treatment, outpatient counseling, and community mental health, Kirsten has cultivated a deep understanding of the unique challenges clients face when navigating recovery and healing.

Guided by a Health at Every Size (HAES) and trauma-informed approach, Kirsten is committed to creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their experiences, process emotions, and reconnect with their values. She integrates evidence-based practices to meet each client’s needs, drawing from modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Strengths-Based Therapy. Kirsten’s expertise spans a range of concerns, including eating disorders, complex trauma, anxiety, depression, and self-esteem challenges. Kirsten is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of New Hampshire. She maintains a minimum of 40 continuing education units (CEUs) every 24 months in accordance with licensing board requirements.

Diane Desharnais, CMHC

Diane believes that the most difficult challenges in life can be resolved or utilized as a strengths based tool for self healing. She has worked with a wide range of clients and various therapeutic struggles. Diane utilizes and eclectic approach with clients and therapeutic skills include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). Diane has a vast amount of experience working with couples, families, elders, adults, and adolescents. She is currently offering in person sessions in Tilton, NH and telehealth sessions for ease of access and convenience for clients. Danielle Lovejoy, MSW

Danielle is a graduate of Salem State University and holds a Masters Degree in Social Work. Danielle works diligently with clients to help them through their current struggles and better prepare them for future challenges. She utilizes techniques such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Narrative Therapy (NT) to assist clients with reaching their therapeutic goals. Danielle has experience working with children and adults, and she has even completed Doula Certification as this is one of her passion areas! She is currently offering telehealth sessions only in order to best accommodate the schedules of her clients. Danielle is a LCSW in MA and working towards her independent license in NH. She receives weekly 1:1 clinical supervision to advance her education and training, per NH licensure board regulations. Danielle is also actively participating in CEU trainings to keep up on new topics and techniques even though this is not required of her just yet! 

Alexandria Weiser, MSW

Allie earned her Masters degree in Social Work from the University of South Florida and is a pre-licensed social worker in the state of NH. If you identify as LGBTQ+, struggle with disordered eating, or are a couple looking to realign, Allie would love to walk with you on your healing journey! She values an open and honest relationship where clients feel comfortable and supported without judgement. She is here to support you while also helping hold you accountable to the work you are doing for yourself. Allie has nearly 2 years of crisis management experience answering the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline and other crisis phone lines leaving her prepared and comfortable with a variety of difficult topics. Morgan Lundberg, CMHC

Morgan is passionate about supporting others through life’s challenges and transitions. She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and has a strong interest in helping individuals and couples navigate anxiety, panic disorder, grief, relationship issues, and personal growth. Morgan takes a warm, empathetic, and nonjudgmental approach to therapy, creating a safe space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered. Morgan believes in the power of collaboration and connection in the therapeutic process. She values building trust and tailoring treatment to meet each client’s unique needs and goals.

With a focus on helping clients reduce symptoms of anxiety and stress, Morgan works to foster greater self-awareness, emotional regulation, and meaningful change. Morgan provides therapy to adult individuals and couples. Her work draws from a variety of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical

Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based strategies. She uses a strength-based and client-centered approach, helping clients build confidence, improve communication, and deepen their relationships. Morgan is currently working on her independent licensure and engages in weekly 1:1 clinical supervision per NH licensing board standards. She is always looking to add more knowledge and skills to her clinical work and actively participates in obtaining CEUs even though she is not required to yet!

Arika Schultz, LCMHC

Arika brings over two decades of experience as a mental healthcare provider. She has worked with diverse populations across all demographics and is specialized in trauma treatment.  She is an Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy Consultant who has developed an enhanced multimodal trauma treatment program.

Arika's diverse background, which includes early exposure to nature and animals, as well as extensive experience in dance, expressive arts therapies and mindfulness practice informs her holistic approach.

For the best results Arika recommends the Extended Therapy 2 or 3 Hour sessions. She has observed folks reaching their treatment goals more rapidly, saving both time and money. Arika is easily reachable via email at arika@journeyforlifeinc.org.
