John is a LICSW in MA and working to obtain his reciprocity in NH. He has worked individually with people age 14 and up, as well as having provided group therapy in several different settings. While working with
someone he looks to create a collaborative, non-judgmental, and open environment where people feel safe to talk about those issues that may be preventing them from becoming the person they feel they
deserve to be. John believes that the bond between the people working together is of the greatest importance and he makes every effort to honor an individual’s decisions in life. His approach to counseling has always been strength based and solution focused. While working with individuals John's methods may vary, however, it is always based on the indicated needs of the person he is working with. Diane believes that the most difficult challenges in life can be resolved or utilized as a strengths based tool for self healing. She has worked with a wide range of clients and various therapeutic struggles. Diane utilizes and eclectic approach with clients and therapeutic skills include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). Hope is a neurodivergent therapist who also specializes in this niche area of therapy. Hope brings an eclectic background working in emergency services, community mental health as well as inpatient addiction centers. Arika brings over two decades of experience as a mental healthcare provider. She has worked with diverse populations across all demographics and is specialized in trauma treatment. She is an Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy Consultant who has developed an enhanced multimodal trauma treatment program.
