Hi, my name is Arika, I look forward to connecting with you and supporting your healing journey. I am licensed in NH & Mass and I am an EMDRIA Certified EMDR therapist with over 20 years of experience in treating mental health and addiction. I am not however the therapist who you are going to see for the next 20 years. My aim is to get you feeling better safely and quickly. What you can expect from me is a compassionate & non judgmental approach that is both honest and kind. There is little I have not heard, witnessed, or that will surprise me. What sets me apart is my fearless willingness to go into the shadows with you to hold the light while you remember yours.I specialize in treating trauma and painful memories in children and adults. I work with families and children to help create and maintain healthy boundaries, facilitate cohesin and communication. I specialize in healing ruptured relationships between traditional and same sex couples, as well as offer support for parents including infant/toddler attachment & mental health.

Kourtney provides EMDR and/or traditional talk-therapy. She works with adult individuals with all kinds of mental health presentations or couples facing various relationship issues, such as infidelity, communication breakdowns, blended families, future planning, and attachment issues. Her work aims to enhance relationship satisfaction, trust, love, communication, and intimacy. She prioritizes creating a safe space for clients and nurtures vulnerability as a pathway to deeper connection and understanding. Kourtney provides therapy to adult individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship distress, or PTSD/trauma.
Kourtney earned a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a focus on Substance Use and Addiction from Antioch University in 2018, along with a certificate in Counseling Military Personnel and Families. Hope is a neurodivergent therapist who also specializes in this niche area of therapy. Hope brings an eclectic background working in emergency services, community mental health as well as inpatient addiction centers. Her keen passion and desire to help others led her to specialize in depressive and anxiety disorders, addiction, bipolar disorder, men’s issues, and relational trauma in regards to anyone including family, friends, coworkers and intimate partners. Treatments provided include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Exposure Therapy, and incorporating Positive Psychology. Hope believes in a strengths-based model, and aims to build your self-esteem while helping to regulate stressors of all kinds. Her primary goal is to establish a safe, judgment free and collaborative role where her clients feel empowered. Danielle is a graduate of Salem State University and holds a Masters Degree in Social Work. Danielle works diligently with clients to help them through their current struggles and better prepare them for future challenges. She utilizes techniques such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Narrative Therapy (NT) to assist clients with reaching their therapeutic goals. Danielle has experience working with children and adults, and she has even completed Doula Certification as this is one of her passion areas! She is currently offering telehealth sessions only in order to best accommodate the schedules of her clients. Mikayla received her Masters Degree in Social Work from the University of New England and has a passion for helping others. Despite being a newer graduate, Mikayla has years of experience in working with children and families who have experienced significant trauma. She is passionate about working with a variety of different ages and strives to create a safe and judement free environment in order for client to feel comfortable to share open and honestly. Her passion lies in working with children adolescents, families and adults who have experienced PTSD/trauma, anxiety, depression and relationship challenges. Mikayla believes that clients are the experts in their own lives and values building a trusting relationship where collaboration can occur in order for clients to feel empowered and meet their own goals. Her therapeutic approach is strength based and client centered, drawing from modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). Mikayla recognizes that every individual is unique and emphasizes the importance of tailoring her therapeutic approach to fit your needs. Choosing to take the next step on your healing journey can seem daunting given the unknowns. Elisabeth strives to provide my clients a welcoming, safe, and collaborative space to embark on their next path. Elisabeth's approach of individualized care, compassionate listening, curiosity, and allowing your authentic self to enter the space will lead to lasting change and empowerment. Elisabeth works with children through adults who have eating disorders or disordered eating, struggle with their relationship with food and body, low self-esteem, and athletes. Additionally, she has experience working with those with anxiety, depression, anger management, school issues, and emotional dysregulation. Elisabeth is grounded in strengths-based, evidence-based treatment approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), solution-focused therapy (SFT), and mindfulness.
