Sydney obtained her Masters in Social Work from Salem State University. Since entering the field Sydney has been passionate about helping people from all walks of life through their mental health challenges. She currently specializes in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) Therapy and is also trained in CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Narrative Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing (MI). This is not to say she doesn't have many therapeutic tools in her tool belt! Sydney works hard to create a safe and accepting space for her clients knowing that good rapport is one of the biggest components to successful therapy. Sydney enjoys working with preteens through older adults, along with specializing in Veterans, Active Duty Service Members, and First Responders. She works with diagnoses such as Trauma/PTSD, Anxiety, and Depression.
She is an independently licensed clinical social worker (LICSW) MA, NH, RI, and telehealth LICSW Provider in FL. In conjunction with the primary commercial insurances of the agency, Sydney also accepts VA Community Care Consults and Martin's Point Insurance.

Sydney's role as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is to maintain the day to day operations of the agency. She provides both clinical and operational oversight for the entire agency. Zach is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in the state of NH and practicing artist. Zach received his MS from New England College and is passionate in the healing power of connection and tailoring counseling specifically to the client’s needs. Zach has experience working with individuals of all ages. In addition to traditional EMDR therapy, Zach’s background also includes Mindfulness, Art Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and other solution-focused approaches! Whitney received her Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from New England College. She is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in the state of NH. Katie has recently obtained her Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Katie has worked as a program assistant at a community mental health center for adults with severe persistent mental illness and co-occurring disorders. She has a true passion for helping others. She strives to build strong, trusting relationships with her clients that are rooted in empathy and unconditional acceptance. It is important to her to create a safe and supportive environment, where the client feels comfortable being their authentic self. Katie is EMDR trained and also trained in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). She utilizes additional strategies and modalities for therapy to tailor treatment to her client's individual goals and needs. Melissa Rae received her Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health
Counseling from Southern New Hampshire University and her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Saint Anselm College. She has over 16 years of experience in the field of mental health and has worked with adults, children, and families as they navigate difficult and stressful times. She recognizes that taking the step to begin counseling is an achievement on its own and values the importance of building a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship. Some of her previous experience includes working in community mental health and primary care practice treating individuals with severe persistent mental health disorders. Melissa Rae’s holistic approach to counseling includes utilizing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, Person-Centered, and focusing on one’s strengths. Sarena earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Neuroscience and Behavior (with a concentration in Justice Studies!) from the University of New Hampshire, then graduated with a Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from New England College. She has over six years of experience in the mental health field, and to say she is passionate about her work is an understatement! Sarena finds it incredibly fulfilling to be in a career where she can support others in overcoming individual challenges, help people learn more about how their mind works, and change their lives for the better.
