Robin is the Manchester Site Manager and is an exceptionally talented clinician! She has been practicing for 20+ years as a clinical mental health counselor. Robin specializes in foster/adoption system, anxiety, anger management, depression, life transitions, and trauma. Her specialty is Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). She also uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and is compassion and strengths based in her approaches with clients. She works hard to ensure you start with your own identified goals and if you're feeling too overwhelmed to identify where you want to start, she will start precisely there with you. She works with individuals, children as young as 5, teens, adults, and older adults.
Robin is the Manchester Site Manager and sees clients in both Manchester and Concord, NH for ease of access. She provides clinical support, supervision and professional guidance to staff to ensure the best care for all clients at MMW! Robin prides herself on staying up to date with new trainings and techniques to ensure her clients are always receiving the most relevant and helpful care.

Samantha earned her master’s degree in social work from Salem State University in 2021 and is currently a licensed clinical social worker (LICSW) in the state of NH. She focuses on assisting individuals in overcoming a variety of mental health challenges including depression, anxiety, and complex trauma. Known for her dedication, Samantha fosters a safe, non-judgmental environment where clients can confidently face and conquer their challenges. Her approach is centered on empowering individuals, guiding them towards enriched lives marked by newfound confidence and resilience. Samantha's commitment to her clients' well-being makes her a trusted professional in guiding them through their journey of healing and personal growth. Samantha is currently trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, and uses this technique to support clients in reframing negative core beliefs and facilitate meaningful change.

Ilya Layton holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lesley University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Neuroscience from Gordon College. With experience in outpatient, adolescent, and hospital-based mental health settings, Ilya is committed to fostering a safe and supportive therapeutic environment. He specializes in working with adolescents and adults, including individuals managing chronic disabilities, through a trauma-informed lens. His practice focuses on addressing concerns such as PTSD, anxiety, life transitions, and the emotional and psychological challenges associated with long-term health conditions. Utilizing evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Person-Centered techniques, Ilya tailors treatment to each client’s unique needs, empowering them on their journey toward healing and personal growth.

Catlyn is a pre-licensed clinician with a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling and a certification in play therapy from Plymouth State University. Catlyn has experience working with a wide range of ages, backgrounds, and needs. Her experience with play therapy allows her to accept clients as young as 3 years old as well as school aged children, teens, adults, families, and couples. Catlyn has worked with youth and adults on issues such as trauma, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, specific phobias, and parenting. Catlyn works within the Adlerian/Adlerian play therapy models which focus on building self-esteem through connection, capability, counting, and courage. Some techniques you may encounter when working with Catlyn are sand tray, art, sensory, talk, and psychodrama.

Allie earned her Masters degree in Social Work from the University of South Florida and is a pre-licensed social worker in the state of NH. If you identify as LGBTQ+, struggle with disordered eating, or are a couple looking to realign, Allie would love to walk with you on your healing journey! She values an open and honest relationship where clients feel comfortable and supported without judgement. She is here to support you while also helping hold you accountable to the work you are doing for yourself. Allie has nearly 2 years of crisis management experience answering the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline and other crisis phone lines leaving her prepared and comfortable with a variety of difficult topics. She has completed training in Gottman couples therapy and holds a Graduate Certificate in Therapeutic Modalities.

Wendy has been in the helping field for years! She is not afraid to work with challenging populations and is committed to helping people from all walks of life. We are fortunate enough that Wendy also provides her best girl, Saige, as in office therapy support. Both Wendy and Saige are committed to helping people overcome painful emotions and reconnect to their most authentic selves through therapeutic work. Wendy sees clients ages 9+ and uses various modalities such as CBT, DBT, MI, and Narrative Therapy to create a treatment plan tailored just for you!
