As Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Sydney oversees the day-to-day operations of the agency, providing both clinical management and operational leadership. She is dedicated to ensuring the agency functions efficiently, ethically, and safely for both staff and clients. In addition, Sydney provides one-on-one clinical supervision for both pre-licensed and interning staff members, enhancing mental health leadership within the therapist team. Sydney is considered the telehealth providers' 'site manager' and oversees the staff practicing solely as telehealth clinicians. As an Independently Licensed Social Worker, she maintains her professional expertise through direct clinical practice and completing the required 40 CEUs every 24 months in accordance with licensing board standards.

Jennifer Hewitt, LCMHC
Jen serves as the Chief Clinical Coordinator (CCC) of the agency, ensuring safe, ethical, and high-quality clinical care for all clients. In her role, she provides one-on-one supervision to pre-licensed and interning staff to uphold best clinical practices, contributing to effective clinical management. Additionally, Jen oversees the development of the agency’s group therapy curricula and plays a key role in mental health leadership as the site manager for Gilford and Tilton, where she manages day-to-day operations with the therapist team at each location. As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, Jen maintains her professional expertise through direct clinical practice and completes the required 40 CEUs every 24 months in accordance with licensing board standards. Lauri Johnson, LICSW
Lauri serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Director of Education and Clinical Advancement, a unique role within the agency that emphasizes clinical management. She oversees operational functions, staff and intern onboarding, and supports ongoing education and clinical development for all team members within the therapist team. Lauri provides one-on-one supervision for pre-licensed and interning staff, ensuring adherence to best practices in mental health leadership. Additionally, she is the site manager for the Concord locations, ensuring support and smooth daily functioning at both Park St and Hall St locations. Committed to the highest quality of care, Lauri supports both staff and clients in achieving their goals. As an Independently Licensed Social Worker, Lauri maintains her professional expertise by completing the required 40 CEUs every 24 months in accordance with licensing board standards.

Robin Raycraft, LCMHC
Robin serves as the Manchester Site Manager and sees clients in both Manchester and Concord, NH, providing accessible care across locations. She plays a vital role in clinical management and offers professional guidance to the therapist team through one-to-one supervision and peer consultations, ensuring the highest quality of care for all clients at Mending Mind Wellness. Committed to mental health leadership and ongoing growth, Robin stays current with new trainings and techniques to provide clients with the most effective and relevant care. Lori Champion, Office Manager
Lori is our in-house Office Manager and billing expert, bringing over 18 years of experience in client relations within the mental health field. Her role is crucial in our clinical management, as she assists with a wide range of administrative needs, including onboarding new clients, matching them with the right clinician from our dedicated therapist team, answering billing questions, and verifying insurance benefits.
