Jen has been passionate about helping clients with their life challenges since beginning her career. She is an a fully licensed clinical mental health counselor (LCMHC) specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). These are not the only therapeutic modalities that Jen is able to utilize with clients to assist with reduction in anxiety, stress, depression, and trauma related symptoms. She works hard to create a safe and compassionate environment in order for clients to achieve their personal therapeutic goals. Jen is currently located in the Tilton, NH office and offers in person or virtual sessions for ease of access for all clients.
Jen is the Chief Clinical Coordinator (CCC) of the agency. She works diligently on ensuring safe and ethical clinical care of all clients. Jen's role also encompasses 1:1 supervision of pre-licensed staff members to maintain best clinical practices. Additionally, her role oversees the development of group therapy curriculums offered by the agency.

Grant is a compassionate clinical mental health professional with over 10 years of experience providing evidence-based care to clients of all ages. Known for his empathetic, nonjudgmental approach, he creates a safe space for clients to explore their thoughts and emotions. Grant uses an integrative style drawing from CBT, DBT, and mindfulness-based techniques to support individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, addiction, eating disorders, and more. He is committed to helping clients build effective skills, overcome challenges, and lead more fulfilling lives. Grant is based in the Gilford, NH office and offers both in-person and virtual sessions for flexible access.

Julianna is a Master of Social Work clinician. While she works with all ages thirteen and older, she is especially passionate about working with LGBTQ+ folks, adolescents, and young adults. Julianna is dedicated to providing culturally competent and neurodivergent-affirming therapy. Julianna does this by meeting each client where they're at, striving to make space comfortable and welcoming, and being open to all types of feedback. Therapy is an ever-evolving work that she is committed to, continuously updating her approach and evolving alongside it. She has experience working in community mental health, traditional counseling, mental health court, and on an assertive community treatment team (ACT). Julianna utilizes a variety of evidence-based practices including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing (MI), and narrative therapy. Working to build a trusting relationship will always be the foundation of her work. When you have a session with Julianna she promises to always try to be authentic, compassionate, non-judgmental, and communicative. She believes that all the strengths and capabilities you need are already within you. Julianna is here to support you, but you're the one in control.

Morgan is passionate about supporting individuals and couples through life’s challenges and transitions. She holds a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and works with clients navigating anxiety, panic disorder, grief, relationship issues, and personal growth. With a warm, empathetic, and nonjudgmental style, Morgan creates a safe space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered. She values collaboration and tailors treatment to each person’s unique needs and goals. Drawing from CBT, DBT, EFT, ACT, and mindfulness-based strategies, Morgan focuses on reducing anxiety and stress, building self-awareness and emotional regulation, and helping clients strengthen communication, confidence, and relationships.

Angela is a Master of Social Work clinician passionate about supporting individuals through life’s challenges and transitions. She also holds certifications in Trauma Responsiveness and Substance Use Disorders. Angela works with children and adults, supporting concerns such as anxiety, depression, grief, relationships, parenting, self-esteem, and personal growth. Using a warm, empathetic, and nonjudgmental approach—often with a touch of humor—Angela creates a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard and empowered. She draws from strength-based and person-centered therapy, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness-based strategies to help clients reduce stress, build emotional regulation, and develop practical skills for a meaningful life.

Clare has a passion for helping others. She has received her Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and prior to that has experience working with children and families as a behavior specialist in a public school for over 25+ years. Clare has a warm and genuine approach while providing a safe and judgment free space to assist her clients in working towards their personal goals. Working collaboratively, building trust and having compassion and empathy are very important to her to ensure her clients feel safe and comfortable to grow and heal. She enjoys being a part of the journey of helping others reduce symptoms of anxiety, depression and stress towards growth and change. Clare provides therapy to children, adolescents, families and adults. Treatments used include EMDR, IFS (Internal Family Systems), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness and other modalities and strategies. Clare uses a strength based and positive approach with a focus on empowering her clients building self esteem, communication and self regulation skills.

Lexys is an intern clinical mental health counselor from New England College. She has experience working at a community mental health center for adults with mental illnesses and co-occurring disorders. Lexys specializes in working with adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship challenges and is open to working with any mental health concerns.
Lexys is dedicated in her mission to help support clients in developing the necessary skills and tools to overcome and navigate life challenges.
She is known for her empathetic, commutative, and genuine approach. Lexys works to create a safe and supportive environment where individuals can explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences, to achieve their personal therapeutic goals.
