Jennifer Hewitt, LCMHC

Jen has been passionate about helping clients with their life challenges since beginning her career. She is an a fully licensed clinical mental health counselor (LCMHC) specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). These are not the only therapeutic modalities that Jen is able to utilize with clients to assist with reduction in anxiety, stress, depression, and trauma related symptoms. She works hard to create a safe and compassionate environment in order for clients to achieve their personal therapeutic goals. Jen is currently located in the Tilton, NH office and offers in person or virtual sessions for ease of access for all clients. Jen currently accepts Aetna, Cigna, Anthem/BCBS, Optum/Harvard Pilgrim/United Health Care, and Tufts insurances as well as self pay clients.

MMW Role

Jen is the Chief Clinical Coordinator (CCC) of the agency. She works diligently on ensuring safe and ethical clinical care of all clients. Jen's role also encompasses 1:1 supervision of pre-licensed staff members to maintain best clinical practices. Additionally, her role oversees the development of group therapy curriculums offered by the agency. As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor she ensures to maintain her 40 CEUs per 24 months as required by the licensing board.

Lauri Johnson, LICSW

Lauri is a collaborative team member of Mending Mind Wellness and practices in Concord, NH. She has been practicing for 20+ years in the field of social work. Along with assisting clients through Mending Mind Wellness she also runs her own practice and education center, Restored Peace Wellness & Education Center, LLC. She takes pride in her clinical and educational training work. She is an active advocate for clients and a strong mentor for clinicians in the field. Lauri specializes in chronic stress/illness, grief, loss, life transitions, relationship challenges, and trauma. Her specialty is Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). She also uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Based interventions (MBCT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Narrative Therapy, and is compassion and strengths based in her approaches with clients. One of Lauri's primary focuses with clients is that of the mind-body connection. She works with individuals, couples, teens, adults, and older adults. Lauri currently accepts Optum/United/UMR, Tufts/Harvard Pilgrim, Aetna, Cigna, and BCBS/Anthem insurances as well as self pay clients.

MMW Role

Lauri's role as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Director of Education and Clinical Advancement is unique in the agency. She covers operational duties, onboarding of new staff and interns, and support with education and clinical advancement for all staff and interns within the agency. Lauri aims to provide the highest quality of care to both the staff and clients in order to achieve success no matter what the goal is. As an Independently Licensed Social Worker she ensures to maintain her 40 CEUs per 24 months as required by licensing boards.

Robin Raycraft, LCMHC

Robin is a collaborative team member of Mending Mind Wellness and practices within the state of NH. She has been practicing for 20+ years as a clinical mental health counselor. Robin specializes in foster/adoption system, anxiety, anger management, depression, life transitions, and trauma. Her specialty is Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). She also uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and is compassion and strengths based in her approaches with clients. She works hard to ensure you start with your own identified goals and if you're feeling too overwhelmed to identify where you want to start, she will start precisely there with you. She works with individuals, children as young as 5, teens, adults, and older adults. Kourtney Poland, LCMHC

Kourtney provides EMDR and/or traditional talk-therapy. She works with adult individuals with all kinds of mental health presentations or couples facing various relationship issues, such as infidelity, communication breakdowns, blended families, future planning, and attachment issues. Her work aims to enhance relationship satisfaction, trust, love, communication, and intimacy. She prioritizes creating a safe space for clients and nurtures vulnerability as a pathway to deeper connection and understanding. Kourtney provides therapy to adult individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship distress, or PTSD/trauma.
Kourtney earned a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a focus on Substance Use and Addiction from Antioch University in 2018, along with a certificate in Counseling Military Personnel and Families. You may be a match with Kourtney if you are looking for a therapist who holds space for spiritualism, meets you where you are at, and encourages accountability. Paul Gendreau, CMHC

Paul prides himself on the unconditional support and positive regard he is able to give his clients during their work together. The underlining belief for Paul, with all of his work, is that everyone deserves to feel happy, in control of themselves and their own life, and the power to make positive change for themselves, sometimes with just some good guidance. Paul has experience with various challenges and folks from all walks of life. He utilizes traditional talk therapy modalities including Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness techniques, and varying other modalities to ensure he is most supportive for all his clients. Katie Bloch, CMHC

Katie has recently obtained her Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Katie has worked as a program assistant at a community mental health center for adults with severe persistent mental illness and co-occurring disorders. She has a true passion for helping others. She strives to build strong, trusting relationships with her clients that are rooted in empathy and unconditional acceptance. It is important to her to create a safe and supportive environment, where the client feels comfortable being their authentic self. Katie is EMDR trained and also trained in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). She utilizes additional strategies and modalities for therapy to tailor treatment to her client's individual goals and needs. She is excited to get to know you so she can assist with helping you navigate your health and healing journey together!

Hi, my name is Arika, I look forward to connecting with you and supporting your healing journey. I am licensed in NH & Mass and I am an EMDRIA Certified EMDR therapist with over 20 years of experience in treating mental health and addiction. I am not however the therapist who you are going to see for the next 20 years. My aim is to get you feeling better safely and quickly. What you can expect from me is a compassionate & non judgmental approach that is both honest and kind. There is little I have not heard, witnessed, or that will surprise me. What sets me apart is my fearless willingness to go into the shadows with you to hold the light while you remember yours.I specialize in treating trauma and painful memories in children and adults. Caitlyn Mastromarino, LCMHC

Caitlyn is a compassionate and dedicated counselor specializing in various traumas. With over a seven years of experience in the field, Caitlyn has honed her skills in providing effective interventions for individuals navigating through the complexities of trauma.

Driven by a deep commitment to helping others reclaim their lives from the grips of trauma, Caitlyn employs evidence-based practices tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. Her warm and empathetic approach creates a safe space for individuals to explore their experiences, process their emotions, and embark on a journey towards healing and resilience. 
Caitlyn's expertise extends to a wide range of trauma-related issues, including but not limited to PTSD, childhood trauma, domestic violence, and anxiety. She utilizes a holistic approach that integrates various therapeutic modalities such as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) techniques to facilitate healing at the deepest level.

Isabella McDonald, Administrative Officer (AO)

Isabella is our Administrative Officer. She is able to assist new clients with onboarding and selecting their clinicians for best fit. She actively supports the administrative team, clinicians, and clients to ensure a smooth day to day operation. Isabella is also able to assist with billing and/or insurance questions if needed. Sydney J Venuti, LICSW

Sydney obtained her Masters in Social Work from Salem State University. Since entering the field Sydney has been passionate about helping people from all walks of life through their mental health challenges. She currently specializes in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) Therapy and is also trained in CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Narrative Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing (MI). This is not to say she doesn't have many therapeutic tools in her tool belt! Sydney works hard to create a safe and accepting space for her clients knowing that good rapport is one of the biggest components to successful therapy. Sydney enjoys working with preteens through older adults, along with specializing in Veterans, Active Duty Service Members, and First Responders. She works with diagnoses such as Trauma/PTSD, Anxiety, and Depression.  

She is an independently licensed clinical social worker (LICSW) in MA, NH, RI, and telehealth LICSW Provider in FL. In conjunction with commercial insurances accepted by the practice, Sydney also accepts VA Community Care Consults, CHAMPVA, and Martin's Point Insurance.

Sydney's role as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is to maintain the day to day operations of the agency. She provides both clinical and operational oversight for the entire agency. Sydney aims to ensure the agency is functioning efficiently and ethically to ensure the safety of all staff and clients. Sydney also provides 1:1 clinical supervision for pre-licensed clinicians and interning staff members. Lori Champion, Office Manager

Lori is our in house office manager who has more than 18 years of experience specializing in client relations in the mental health field. She runs the billing side of the house for MMW! Katie Diglio, LICSW

Katie is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of dedicated service to diverse populations facing complex life challenges. Her clinical approach is rooted in compassion, cultural competence, and evidence-based approaches tailored to each individual's unique circumstances.

Katie’s clients describe her as a warm, attentive presence who creates a non-judgmental space where difficult emotions can be safely explored. Rather than imposing solutions, she excels at helping clients discover their own inner wisdom and strengths. Katie has dedicated a substantial portion of her career to supporting LGBTQ+ individuals and their families. She provides affirming therapy that acknowledges and validates each person's identity and experiences. Danielle Lovejoy, MSW

Danielle is a graduate of Salem State University and holds a Masters Degree in Social Work. Danielle works diligently with clients to help them through their current struggles and better prepare them for future challenges. She utilizes techniques such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Narrative Therapy (NT) to assist clients with reaching their therapeutic goals. Danielle has experience working with children and adults, and she has even completed Doula Certification as this is one of her passion areas! She is currently offering telehealth sessions only in order to best accommodate the schedules of her clients. Allie earned her Masters degree in Social Work from the University of South Florida and is a pre-licensed social worker in the state of NH. If you identify as LGBTQ+, struggle with disordered eating, or are a couple looking to realign, Allie would love to walk with you on your healing journey! She values an open and honest relationship where clients feel comfortable and supported without judgement. She is here to support you while also helping hold you accountable to the work you are doing for yourself. Allie has nearly 2 years of crisis management experience answering the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline and other crisis phone lines leaving her prepared and comfortable with a variety of difficult topics. Morgan is passionate about supporting others through life’s challenges and transitions. She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and has a strong interest in helping individuals and couples navigate anxiety, panic disorder, grief, relationship issues, and personal growth. Morgan takes a warm, empathetic, and nonjudgmental approach to therapy, creating a safe space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered. Morgan believes in the power of collaboration and connection in the therapeutic process. She values building trust and tailoring treatment to meet each client’s unique needs and goals.

Whitney Mills, LCMHC

Whitney received her Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from New England College. She is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in the state of NH. Whitney is passionate about creating a safe environment and trusting therapeutic relationships. Through a trauma informed lens, she enjoys working with adolescents, adults, and older adults. She specializes in Trauma/ PTSD and Anxiety, though she enjoys working with individuals of diverse backgrounds. Samantha Houser, LICSW

Samantha earned her master’s degree in social work from Salem State University in 2021 and is currently a licensed clinical social worker (LICSW) in the state of NH. She focuses on assisting individuals in overcoming a variety of mental health challenges including depression, anxiety, and complex trauma. Known for her dedication, Samantha fosters a safe, non-judgmental environment where clients can confidently face and conquer their challenges. Her approach is centered on empowering individuals, guiding them towards enriched lives marked by newfound confidence and resilience.
