
Sydney obtained her Masters in Social Work from Salem State University. Since entering the field Sydney has been passionate about helping people from all walks of life through their mental health challenges. She currently specializes in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) Therapy and is also trained in CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Narrative Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing (MI). This is not to say she doesn't have many therapeutic tools in her tool belt! Sydney enjoys working with preteens through older adults, along with specializing in Veterans, Active Duty Service Members, and First Responders. Jen has been passionate about helping clients with their life challenges since beginning her career. She is an a fully licensed clinical mental health counselor (LCMHC) specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). These are not the only therapeutic modalities that Jen is able to utilize with clients to assist with reduction in anxiety, stress, depression, and trauma related symptoms. She works hard to create a safe and compassionate environment in order for clients to achieve their personal therapeutic goals. Jen is currently located in the Tilton, NH office and offers in person or virtual sessions for ease of access for all clients.

Lauri is a collaborative team member of Mending Mind Wellness and practices in Concord, NH. She has been practicing for 20+ years in the field of social work. Along with assisting clients through Mending Mind Wellness she also runs her own practice and education center, Restored Peace Wellness & Education Center, LLC. She takes pride in her clinical and educational training work. She is an active advocate for clients and a strong mentor for clinicians in the field. Robin is the Manchester Site Manager and is an exceptionally talented clinician! She has been practicing for 20+ years as a clinical mental health counselor. Robin is the Manchester Site Manager and see clients in both Manchester and Concord, NH for ease of access for clients. She provides clinical support and professional guidance to staff to ensure the best care for all clients at MMW! Robin prides herself on staying up to date with new trainings and techniques to ensure her clients are always receiving the most relevant and helpful care. Ilya Layton holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lesley University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Neuroscience from Gordon College. With experience in outpatient, adolescent, and hospital-based mental health settings, Ilya is committed to fostering a safe and supportive therapeutic environment. Catlyn is a pre-licensed clinician with a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling and a certification in play therapy from Plymouth State University. Catlyn has experience working with a wide range of ages, backgrounds, and needs. Her experience with play therapy allows her to accept clients as young as 3 years old as well as school aged children, teens, adults, families, and couples. Kenna has a degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University. She holds a Master’s in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology from Naropa University and a Bachelor’s in Human Ecology from the College of the Atlantic. Elizabeth (she/her) is a sex and relationship therapist specializing in kink, BDSM, ENM, LGBTQ+ identities, and sexual trauma recovery. Together with her college curriculum and direct supervision, Lexys is able to provide valuable, safe, ethical, and efficient therapeutic care to all clients who are open to working with her. Morgan is passionate about supporting others through life’s challenges and transitions.
